BubbleTek Analog Control 2.1 Drive Package is a tuned and tested BubbleTek control package for solventless washing, built around locked wash profiles, a properly sized motor, and plug-and-play setup for compatible BubbleTek systems. This is not a loose collection of replacement parts. The drive package is matched, pre-spec’d, and tested for clean, repeatable BubbleTek agitation without programming or tuning. Analog Control 2.1 gives operators two dials – one for intensity and one for speed – while the underlying wash profile architecture stays locked for extracting the cleanest heads. Lid and paddle assembly are not included. Important Compatibility & Liability Disclaimer While we are aware that some customers have adapted BubbleTek motor and controller assemblies for use on non-Hashtek tanks or custom vessels, this product is engineered, tested, and supported exclusively for use with BubbleTek systems . Hashtek does not design, recommend, endorse, or provide guidance for retrofitting this assembly onto third-party tanks or improvised setups. Any use outside of a factory BubbleTek configuration is done entirely at the user’s own risk . Improper mounting, inadequate support, or unauthorized modifications can result in equipment failure, personal injury, electrical hazards, or property damage-including the risk of the assembly falling into a tank or liquid environment. For safety, performance, and warranty coverage, this assembly should only be installed and operated on compatible BubbleTek units. Motor selection: Choose the 20 Gallon option for 20G BubbleTek units or the 30 Gallon option for 30G BubbleTek units. The 30 Gallon motor has over 3.3x the power for the larger wash load.
