Features & specifications
The A-series is compatible with tanks ranging from 20, 25, 30, 32, 44, 50 and 65 gallons. Brackets are used to accommodate smaller tanks, ensuring the paddle is always dead centre in the middle of the tank. A smaller paddle is used for smaller tanks as well. If retrofitting an exiting tank contact us with your tank size so that we can appropriately size your A-series back brace and let us know if you're interested in analog or HMI control and 120V or 240V power. 120v power is the default configuration. The unit pulls less than 10 amps at 120V and can be run on any regular household outlet. We recommend pairing the Hashtek-A series with two 5' lengths of sanitary 1" white nitrile tubing , a 50 gallon collection tank , and a sanitary chugger pump . The table size that we use for our 50a Demo unit is W30” x L60” x H35”. You can go a bit shorter on the length but you want at least 30” in width and 36" if you are going with the 65a tank. A good quality sturdy table is recommended (there are U-line recommendations below).

We added just the A series agitator to our existing pure pressure hand washing setup and we are so happy that we did! Time to delivery and customer service was top notch. The product itself is amazing as well. Very well built, very easy to set up and use and most importantly it is getting the job done in our lab. We are already seeing increased yields and obviously using a lot less labor to get our washes done. I can't recommend this solution enough, A+!
The hashtek 50A has been incredible. It has made the washing process much more streamlined and efficient. It takes away the need to paddle for hours and you don't have to lift heavy barrels anymore. We are able to work through materiel much faster, and I love having the ability to fully control how gentle the machine runs. Amazing unit and very worth having it.
We purchased our hashtek 50A in the fall of 2022 and it has been the best investment in our lab by far. With the 50A we can easily crush 8,000-10,000 gram washes. The LCD display provides you the ability to customize your agitation speeds and time as well as utilize your rinse pump and recirculating pump all from one screen. Couldn't recommend this enough
One of the best purchases I've made. We are flying through material. What would have taken us into early next year will be finished by the months end. Thank you for offering a unit that puts in the work at a more affordable price point. In hindsight. That tilting tank setup should have been what we went with but we are making it work and it's an amazing tool to have around.
Been loving my 50a hashtek unit since I got it few months ago, I came from handwashing and tested this machine vs a hand wash with lab results proving the Hashtek was slightly more pure with A LOT less effort. Aleks is a pleasure to work with/very knowledgeable in the industry and will treat you right! Highly recommend this unit to any hash maker and I will personally never go back to hand washing! Hopefully one day I will be rocking a 65t unit. Kudos to Hashtek for providing affordable hash making equipment!

My partner and I have the Hashtek 50a with the 7" LCD Control. We love the setup and Aleks was a huge help with getting our lab setup. The blog posts on this website are awesome. PROs: -Makes great quality hash -External pump control via the LCD screen is awesome -By far the best priced unit on the market CONS: -Flat bottom so on the last pull you have to slightly tilt the tank -We don't use the strap, tank is heavy enough when filled with ice water
